Bentivegna Moda ships within Italy and abroad via express couriers DHL, GLS, and UPS.

Italy

Shipping is free for orders over €150.

For orders under €150, the shipping cost is €7.

Delivery is expected within approximately 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Europe

Shipping is free for orders over €300.

For orders below this threshold:

Zone 1 – €15
Austria, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, Hungary, Portugal, Slovakia, Romania, Sweden, Greece, Croatia, and Slovenia.

Zone 2 – €25
Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

Delivery times for EU countries are approximately 4–5 business days from dispatch.

Non-EU countries and the rest of the world

Shipping is free for orders over €600.

For non-EU countries, any duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise indicated for the destination.

Delivery times are approximately 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Preparation and tracking

Orders that are duly confirmed and paid for are generally prepared within 2 business days.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which will allow you to follow the delivery.

All Bentivegna Moda shipments are covered by insurance against theft and accidental damage until the moment of delivery.

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery of the order to submit your return request.

For returns made through the Bentivegna Moda portal, a flat rate of €6.90 is applied to each return request, regardless of the number of items returned within the same request.

The return fee may be deducted from the refunded amount.

How to request a return

Use the Request a return link found in the footer of the website and log in to your Bentivegna Moda Customer Account.

After your request has been approved, you will receive the necessary instructions for making the return.

Products must be returned:

intact;
complete with original tags, labels, and accessories;
not washed, altered, or modified;
properly packaged.

In the event of an incorrect, damaged, or defective product due to a fault attributable to Bentivegna Moda, please contact our Customer Service before proceeding with the return.
