Shipping policy
Bentivegna Moda ships with DHL, GLS and UPS, selecting the most suitable carrier according to the destination, available service and delivery requirements.
Shipping costs
Italy
Shipping is free on orders over €150.00.
For orders under €150.00, shipping costs €7.00.
Europe
Shipping is free on orders over €300.00.
For orders under €300.00, the following rates apply:
Zone 1 – €15.00
Austria, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, Hungary, Portugal, Slovakia, Romania, Sweden, Greece, Croatia and Slovenia.
Zone 2 – €25.00
Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Non-EU countries
Shipping is free on orders over €600.00.
For orders below this threshold, the shipping cost is shown at checkout, where available.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country that are not included in the order total are payable by the recipient.
Preparation and packaging
All items are carefully checked and packaged before shipping.
Bentivegna Moda uses DHL, GLS and UPS and reserves the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.
Shipping insurance
Shipments are covered against theft or accidental damage under the terms of the transport service used.
Coverage remains valid until the goods are delivered to the recipient.
Order processing
Orders that have been duly received and paid for are normally prepared within two business days.
Shipments are handled Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders received over the weekend or on public holidays are processed from the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, sales or holidays, preparation times may vary slightly.
Shipment tracking
Once the order has been handed to the carrier, the customer will receive a notification containing the tracking number, when available.
Tracking allows customers to follow their shipment through the services provided by the appointed carrier, DHL, GLS or UPS.
International shipments
For shipments to European Union countries, taxes are applied in accordance with current legislation.
For shipments to non-EU countries, customs duties, import taxes and additional charges imposed by local authorities may apply.
Where these amounts are not already included in the total paid when placing the order, they remain payable by the recipient.
Customs inspections and procedures may affect delivery times and are not directly controlled by Bentivegna Moda.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times start when the shipment is handed to the carrier and are estimates.
Italy: generally 1–3 business days after dispatch.
European Union countries: generally 4–5 business days after dispatch.
European countries outside the EU: generally 5–6 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the world: generally 5–7 business days after dispatch with Express service.
Times may vary depending on the destination, time of year, appointed carrier and any customs procedures or circumstances beyond Bentivegna Moda’s control.
Delivery conditions
Upon delivery, customers are asked to carefully check that the packaging is intact.
If the parcel shows clear signs of damage, opening or tampering, customers are asked to accept delivery with a specific written reservation, stating the issue found, or, in more serious cases, to refuse delivery.
Any issues must be reported promptly to Bentivegna Moda Customer Service, preferably with photographs of the packaging and the product received.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient is unavailable or the parcel is not collected, any costs incurred for returning the goods or shipping them again may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
